Cancel Subscription

If you would like to cancel your Gateway subscription please follow the steps below

Method 1: Through Your Client Portal (Recommended)

1. Log in to your account at archpublic.com

2. Go to "MY SUBSCRIPTION" in the left menu

3. Look for the subscription details

4. Click the "Cancel" button in the Actions section

5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Method 2: Through PayPal (Alternative)

If you can't access the portal or prefer to cancel through PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com

2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner

3. Select "Payments" from the menu

4. Click "Manage automatic payments"

5. Find and select your Gateway subscription

6. Click "Cancel" and confirm your choice
